A GUIDE TO POSTAGE & PACKING RATES FOR THE UK, EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD

NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS ARE CALCULATED ON THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF AN ORDER AND NOT SIZE OF PACKAGE

POSTING TEAMS

During extreme circumstances (ie Postal Strikes and adverse weather conditions) Subbuteoworld cannot accept responsibility for delays to parcels sent via any of our services including our "NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY SERVICE". If you are concerned about your order arriving on time please phone Subbuteoworld on 01274 589 422  BEFORE you place an order with us, so we can discuss your options.

For one team sent standard 1st class the p+p within the uk is £2.00, for two teams £2.30 and then approximately 50p for each team after that. There is also the option to insure a parcel against loss or damage and have next day delivery if the order is urgent.
For one team sent to EUROPE standard airmail the p+p will be £3, for two teams it is also £3, three teams £4. If you require insurance with the order this will cost an extra £4.50, you are then covered against loss or damage during transit.
For one team sent to the REST OF THE WORLD (not including South Africa) as standard airmail will cost £4, for two teams it is also £4 and three teams £4.50. If you require insurance with the order this will cost an extra £4.50, you are then covered against loss or damage in transit.

We use ROYAL MAIL to ship most of our orders within the UK. For larger orders posted to a UK address we use TNT. For overseas customers we also ROYAL MAIL and we also use TNT and DHL for large orders, orders of a very high value and orders that include the Astropitch.

POSTING COSTS FOR THE SUBBUTEO TOTAL SOCCER BOX SET

The postage costs for TOTAL SOCCER BOX SET posted to a UK address is £7.00, this is sent via standard 1st class post. If the order is urgent, you want it insured and you require next day delivery by 1 PM the p+p will be £9.00. Note: Next Day delivery orders posted Friday are guaranteed for Monday and not Saturday. The TOTAL SOCCER BOX posted to EUROPE via airmail will cost £14.00 or £18.50 depending on if you want insurance or not.
The TOTAL SOCCER BOX SET posted to SOUTH AFRICA via TNT will cost £33.00 and will be insured.
The TOTAL SOCCER BOX posted to the REST OF THE WORLD via airmail will cost £19.00 or £23.50 again depending on if you want insurance or not.

POSTAGE COSTS FOR THE STARTER PACK

The postage costs for the STARTER PACK to a UK address is £8.00, this is sent via standard 1st class post. If the order is urgent, you want it insured and you require next day delivery by 1 PM the p+p will be £9.00. Note: Next Day delivery orders posted Friday are guaranteed for Monday and not Saturday. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be received and then processed by us before it is posted. If you order is urgent please phone SUBBUTEOWORLD on 01274 589422. Please note we do not post on weekends.
The STARTER PACK posted to EUROPE via airmail will cost £23.00 or £27.50 depending on if you want insurance or not.
The STARTER PACK posted to the REST OF THE WORLD via airmail will cost £33.00 or £37.50 again depending on if you want insurance or not.

PLEASE NOTE. THE ABOVE PRICES ARE ONLY A GUIDE. THE CORRECT POSTAGE AND YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WILL BE CALCULATED WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT AND ADD ITEMS TO YOUR BASKET.

A NOTE TO ALL OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: ASTROPITCHES and STARTER PACKS ARE SENT VIA DHL or TNT .

Orders are usually posted within 24hrs of receiving payment (or next working day). Delivery time to a UK address is usually around 2 days, delivery time to EUROPE around 1 week and to the REST OF THE WORLD 1 to 2 weeks.

Please note we can not offer a guaranteed delivery time with Standard mail both UK and overseas or Signed For mail both UK and overseas. The above delivery times that we quote are given as a guide only. If your order is urgent then for UK customers you need to choose either TNT or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery and for overseas customers you need to choose TNT. These are the only options that offer a quick fully tracked delivery service.

All orders are sent in strong postal boxes and we have an excellent reputation for sending orders quickly, efficiently and safely. It is important to us that your order arrives in A1 condition.

PACKAGING
We feel it is important that your order arrives with you in the same A1 condition that it leaves Subbuteoworld, therefore all orders are sent boxed and very securely packaged.

RETURNS AND LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Products should arrive in perfect condition. If there is a problem with your order either email or phone Subbuteoworld within 7 days of receiving your order and we will endevour to correct any problems. If this is not possible then return the goods to us and we will give a refund. Please note: please do not send goods back in an envelope or in a jiffy bag as products can easily get damaged when posted and we can not give refunds if items are not sent back in the same condition they were sent out. Also we do not refund postage on returned goods.

If your order is lost in transit and no insurance was taken out by the customer when the order was placed then SUBBUTEOWORLD can not accept responsibilty for lost parcels. However we will advise you on how best to make a claim with Royal Mail for a missing parcel. Please help us so we can help you by insuring your parcel. We charge as little as £0.70p to insure your parcel sent within the UK and £3.00 for overseas parcels. We feel this is a small price to pay for piece of mind. Please note we only have proof of posting for RECORDED DELIVERY, NEXT DAY DELIVERY and INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR parcels. All other parcels including STANDARD 1ST CLASS and STANDARD AIRMAIL we do not have any proof of posting.

However if an order is lost in transit and insurance was taken out by the customer SUBBUTEOWORLD will cover the cost of all lost parcels and the order will be resent once SUBBUTEOWORLD have made a successful claim with Royal Mail. Therefore we strongly advise that insurance is taken out with all orders for your piece of mind.

If an order is damaged in transit then it is the responsibilty of the customer to make a claim with Royal Mail. This is because Royal Mail may require evidence of the damaged caused.

ROYAL MAIL POLICY FOR MISSING PARCELS
Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until 3 weeks from the date it was posted. Only after this time will they accept any claim for a lost parcel. Once a claim is made it usually takes around 3 weeks to sort out a claim for parcels missing with the UK and up to 3 months for parcels missing overseas. We have to follow the guidelines set down by Royal Mail. However it is very rare that parcels go missing, SUBBUTEOWORLD send out 100s of orders every week and we may have around 1 or 2 orders per year that go missing and never turn up, it is very rare.
